At The Braid School Co., we believe braiding is more than a hairstyle. It’s a form of self-expression, creativity, and confidence. Founded by educator and braiding instructor Nekaybaw Brooks, our mission is to make the art of braiding approachable, empowering, and fun for learners of all ages.

What started as a braiding business has grown into a movement that reaches students across the country. Through our braid camps, private lessons, and specialty workshops, we create spaces where learners can grow their skills, connect with others, and feel proud of what they create.
